About Draak
Draak is a Hyderabad-based micro-roastery, bakery, and café brand. It was founded with the goal of creating a cozy neighbourhood hub—a home away from home—serving exceptional coffee alongside simple, comforting food and desserts, all made in-house and all made with love.

At Draak Espresso, we roast our own coffee, bake fresh every day, and cook warm, comforting food. At Draak Café, we serve specialty brews, fresh bakes, and quick plates made with care.

Coffee Beans
Roasted fresh at Draak Espresso, our beans are single origin, and single estate Arabica coffee beans. We source our green coffee beans from a single estate farm in Chikmagaluru in the Western Ghats of India. We only source premium grade Arabica beans as these beans have fewer defects, and are of similar size, which ensures a richer and more complex flavour profile. These beans are then roasted to a singular near dark profile that is a bold, intense flavour profile characterised by low acidity, a full body, and pronounced notes of dark chocolate, caramel, nuts, and spices.
